BE LUCKY
I love short documentaries, London, and talking to cab drivers, so I combined all 3.
I directed and produced “Be Lucky,” a 6-minute doc about the changing taxi industry of London. We all love ride-hailing apps like Uber, but this doc asks us to consider what we lose when we gain convenience. It brings up contemporary and complicated questions about how technology chips away at the unique cultural nuances that give a city its heart and soul.
The film premiered at the London International Documentary Festival.
